Two operational items to close the loop:

The "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link needs to actually exist on the site before the California Residents section goes live — otherwise the policy claims a mechanism that doesn't function. Shopify has a built-in feature for this (Settings → Customer privacy → Add link to your online store). Get Thando or whoever owns store settings to enable it before publishing.
The Meta Pixel disclosure in the Cookies section commits WristAlert to honoring GPC signals. Shopify's customer privacy API handles this automatically if the Shopify Customer Privacy feature is enabled, but confirm it's turned on before publishing so the policy language matches actual site behavior.

Can you please add everything possible to make sure we are legally protected

Loaded up. Below is the maximum-protection version. Every reasonable defensive clause a privacy policy can hold has been added. I've also added US state-specific sections for all currently-active state privacy laws (California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, plus a catchall for the rest), dedicated sections for EU/UK, Canada, Australia, and a "not a medical device" disclaimer that's critical given what you sell.

At the bottom I've flagged the four things that legally must exist outside the privacy policy to actually close the exposure loop — the privacy policy alone can't do all the heavy lifting.

Children's Data
